2022 Holiday Ornaments

Our newest holiday ornaments are inspired by two essential elements of nature - mushrooms and honeybees. Mushrooms are humble and earthy, but we've given ours a touch of holiday magic in shiny, satiny pewter. They're a perfect holiday gift for foragers, gourmands, and outdoorsy types.

Inspired by our namesake, the hardworking honey-bee, our bee ornament is a thoughtful gift for gardeners, bee-keepers, as well as all your industrious, hardworking friends. Kinda can't believe it took us this long to make a Bee ornament!

Each ornament began as an original hand fabricated out of copper and brass sheet stock. The finished pieces are cast in our Rhode Island studio from fine pewter.

One of the greatest compliments we ever received was from a museum curator who said she loved our work because it reminded her of everything she loved about antiques, but at the same time it looked inventive and new.

We've always tried to strike that balance in design, and love how pewter can feel warm and nostalgic, but easily mix with modern materials and styles. Our new cheese knives are inspired by the utilitarian and elegant tradition of historical New England pewter, but are made to be at home in present, just like everything else we do. They're just the kind of details we hope will elevate your gatherings for years to come. We sourced the blades of the highest quality from Sheffield England, where they have been making flatware for over 300 years, and mounted them in our pewter handles carved and cast in our Rhode Island studio.
