Our new cheese knives are inspired by the utilitarian and elegant tradition of historical New England pewter, but are made to be at home in present, just like everything else we do. We sourced the blades of the highest quality from Sheffield England, where they have been making flatware for over 300 years, and mounted them in our pewter handles carved and cast in our Rhode Island studio.
