There were a couple of small scratches on the front of the ornament that stood out from its overall look.

Thank you for your feedback. That ornament is a tricky one -it has the largest plain surface and is difficult to make without of some imperfections. But please know that if you're even not happy with something we're happy to make you a new one in exchange.
